Program policies

Course enrollment and tuition

Course enrollment is handled personally so families can ask questions and confirm that the selected course is a good fit. The full-year curriculum is currently offered at $60 per month. Contact Leina for current availability, enrollment instructions and the terms that apply to your student’s course.

Tutoring sessions

Private tutoring is available in 30-minute sessions for students at all mathematics grade levels. The current rate is $15 per session for students enrolled in a Be The Light Mathematics course and $30 per session for students who are not enrolled in a course.

Available appointments may be selected through the Google Calendar scheduling link. If you need to change an appointment or have questions about availability, contact Leina directly.

Online and in-person instruction

Tutoring may be offered online or in person, depending on availability and the student’s needs. Details for each appointment—including the meeting link or location information—are provided directly to the family when appropriate.

Participation and communication

Consistent participation, completed practice and open communication help students make meaningful progress. Families are encouraged to share relevant learning goals and ask questions whenever clarification is needed. Course-specific expectations, materials and next steps are provided during enrollment.
